North Carolina Coroner Information for Families
If you have a loved one at the Coroner/Medical Examiner, please complete the release form for the county of death and fax it to Loving Care Cremations at 877-570-7605 or scan and email. This enables us to provide the coroner information and coordinate directly with the Coroner/Medical Examiner to bring your loved one into our care.

The Funeral Rule, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), makes it possible for you to choose only those goods and services you want or need and to pay only for those you select, whether you are making arrangements when a death occurs or in advance.
